摘  要:将2-甲基喹啉和2-甲基-3-羟基-喹啉-4-羧酸混合后与邻苯二甲酸酐在高沸点溶剂中经缩合反应可制得一种混晶型的黄色溶剂染料.它的X-射线衍射行为既不同于2-甲基-3-羟基-喹啉-4-羧酸与邻苯二甲酸酐的缩合物(C.I.溶剂黄114),又不同于2-甲基喹啉与邻苯二甲酸酐的缩合物(黄SYJ).由2-甲基喹啉和2-甲基-3-羟基-喹啉-4-羧酸以物质的量比为4:6反应时,它们反应得到的混晶体,光吸收行为接近C.I溶剂黄114的光吸收行为,对涤纶原液着色的强度具有加和增效性,即1+1>2的效果.由于2-甲基喹啉的市场价格明显低于2-甲基-3-羟基-喹啉-4-羧酸的价格,所以该混晶染料的性价比明显高于C.I.溶剂黄114,可以有效地代替后者.A yellow mixed crystal solvent dye was formed by reaction of the mixture of 2-methyl quinoline and 2-methyl-3-hydroxy-quinoline-4-carboxylic acid reacting with phthalic anhydride in high boiling point solvent. Its behavior of x-ray diffraction (XRD) is neither the same as C.I. Solvent Yellow 114 (the condensation of 2-methyl-3-hydroxy-quinoline- 4-carboxylic acid with phthalic anhydride), nor the same as Yellow SYJ (the condensation of 2-methyl-quinoline with phthalic anhydride). When mixed molar ratio of 2-methyl quinoline to 2-methyl-3-hydroxy-quinoline- 4-carboxylic acid was 4:6, the light absorption curve of the mixed crystal dye was much similar with the one of C.I. Solvent Yellow 114 in DMSO. The tinting strength of the mixed crystal dye in PET indicted synergistic effect, i.e., 1+1〉2, compared with C.I. Solvent Yellow 114. Because the price of 2-methylquinoline is lower than 2-methyl-3-hydroxyquinoline-4-carboxylic acid, the cost of production of mixed crystal dye is lower too. Thus, the mixed crystal dye could replace C.I. Solvent Yellow 114.
