摘  要:目的:初步建立海军舰艇官兵颌面部气管插管数据参考值,为生产符合海军官兵人体面部结构的舰艇用通气导管提供依据。方法调查了某舰168名官兵人口学资料(年龄、身高、体质量),及颌面部气管插管相关因素(颌甲距、颏颌距、张口度),建立男性上舰官兵与气管插管相关的数据参考值范围,并对颌面部气管插管相关因素与身高之间的相关性进行了Pearson相关性分析。结果将官兵按身高分为高、中、低3组。同低组[(8.60±1.15)cm,(9.03±0.77) cm]相比,中组及高组的颌甲距、颏颌距差异均有统计学意义[中组:(9.03±1.00)cm(P<0.05),(8.99±0.73) cm(P<0.01);高组:(9.78±0.83) cm(P<0.05),(9.00±0.71) cm (P<0.01)];Pearson相关性分析显示:身高、颌甲距、张口度3因素之间呈两两相关(均P<0.01)。结论初步建立了我海军舰艇官兵颌面部气管插管数据参考值,为喉罩研发中通气导管型号的确定和划分提供了真实参考值依据。Objective To establish preliminarily the tracheal cannula reference data of the maxillofacial area of the shipboard naval personnel , so as to provide evidence for the production of ventilation devices compatible with the physical contours of naval officers and ratings .Methods A thorough investigation was made on the demographic data including age , height and weight , and the shipboard naval personnel were divided into 3 groups:the tall-height group (180-189 cm, n=9), the medium-height group (170-179 cm, n=82) and the short-height group (160-169cm, n=77).Such factors as those associated with the trachea cannula ( jaw distance , chin/jaw distance and mouth-opening width ) were analyzed in the 168 male officers and ratings of a certain naval vessel belonging to the East Sea Fleet .On the basis of the above investigation , preliminary reference data range of trachea cannulas compatible with the maxillofacial contours of naval officers and ratings was established accordingly .At the same time , Pearson correlation analysis was made to identify the correlation between the factors related with the trachea cannula and the body height .Results As compared with those of the short-height group , significant differences could be seen in jaw and chin /jaw distances in the medium-height and tall-height groups ( in the medium-height group: P〈0.05, P〈0.01; in the tall-height group: P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01).Pearson correlation analysis indicated that there was significant correlation between the two of the 3 factors, height, jaw distance and mouth-opening width (P〈0.01).Conclusions The tracheal cannula reference data of the maxillofacial area of the shipboard naval personnel were established preliminarily, and it will provide reference data for the identification and division of ventilation devices in the development of laryngeal masks .
