摘 要:本文将插层剥片的高岭土填充丁苯橡胶复合材料,研究插层剥片工艺对复合材料力学性能的影响,并借助扫描电镜分析了增强机理。试验表明,对高岭石的醋酸钾插层、剥片、改性处理,有助于提高高岭土在橡胶基体中的分散性,增强无机—有机界面结合力,进而提高复合材料的力学性能。当醋酸钾溶液的质量百分比浓度为15%,并使用硅烷改性时,复合材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度均达到最大值11.1MPa、32k N/m。The kaolin intercalated with potassium acetate and then delaminated was introduce into styrene butadiene rubber in this paper. The effective of intercalation and delamination of kaolin on the mechanical property of styrene butadiene rubber was investigated. And the reinforcement mechanism was also analyzed via scanning electron microscope. Experiments showed that as kaolin was intercalated with potassium acetate, delaminated, and modified, dispersing properties of kaolin in composites increased, inorganic-organic interface binding force was strengthen, hence the mechanical property of composites were get enhanced. When the kaolinite intercalated with the concentration of potassium acetate at 15%, and then delaminated and modified, the tensile strength and tear strength reached the maximum values of 11.1MPa, 32kN/m respectively.
