摘  要:目的探讨高功率微波导致卵巢组织形态学改变的规律及其特点。方法雌性Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为对照组(C)和照射组(R),照射组大鼠经平均功率密度100 m W/cm2的S-波段HPM辐照15 min,分别于辐照后1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d、28 d和3 m活杀,取双侧卵巢,制作石蜡切片和超薄切片,光镜和电镜下观察组织形态学改变,并分别对卵泡和黄体数量进行定量计数。结果照射后卵巢组织结构发生明显损伤:原始闭锁卵泡和囊状闭锁卵泡数量持续性增多(P<0.05),囊状卵泡存活率显著降低(P<0.05);黄体数量进行性增多(P<0.05),颗粒黄体细胞凋亡增多;其中,囊状卵泡、颗粒细胞和颗粒黄体细胞损伤尤为严重。结论高功率微波可导致大鼠卵巢组织形态学改变,具有广泛性、速发性、持续性和不同卵泡与细胞敏感程度差异性特点。Objective To explore the regularities and characteristics of the histomorphological changes in the rats' ovary induced by high-power microwave. Methods Sixty female Wistar ratswere randomly divid- ed into the control group (C) and the irradiation group (R). Wistar rats of the irradiation group were irradi- ated by S-HPM of the average power density 100 mW/cm2 for 15 minutes. The rats were killed at l d,3 d, 7 d,14 d,28 d and 3 m after irradiation. Bilateral ovaries were collected. The paraffin ob served under a light microscope and an electron microscope. All the follicles and the corpora lutea were classified and counted under a light microscope. Results The histological appearance of ovaries happened the obvious damage after irradiation. The number of primordial atretic follicles and antral atretic follicles increased sus- tainability (P 〈 0.05 ). The survival rate of the antral follicles were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05). The number of corpus luteum increased progressively(P 〈 0.05). The number of apoptosis in the granulosa lu- tein cells increased. The worse damages happened in the antral follicles, granulosa cells and granulosa lute- in cells. Conclusions HPM can cause histomorphological changes of rats' ovaries. The worst damage hap- pens in the antral follicles. The characteristics are universality, speedy and sustainability. It is significantly differences of the sensitive degree in different follicles and cells.
