基于高被引频次的公安学论文学术关注度分析——以1984-2014年为研究时段

摘　　要：高被引论文并不等同于高质量论文。高引用论文从数量上反映了该领域的研究热点,从一个侧面观察一个学科研究发展的进程。通过对1984-2014年公安学学术关注度相关热门被引论文基本数据的统计,发现该时期公安学高被引论文呈波浪式发展,期间出现的三个高峰值与公安教育的改革与发展呈正效应,反映了公安理论研究和公安学科发展的内在规律性。公安学论文总量的增加不仅推进了公安教育教学改革,也推动了公安学学术关注度的内在提升。公安学科这一行业应用性特性决定了公安学研究力量主要集中在公安院校,也反映出刊载公安学高被引论文的主要是公安院校学报,其他人文社科类期刊并未足够重视公安学研究成果。The frequently-cited article do not necessarily equal high quality ones. High reference reflects the focus of research in a specific field, which, to some extent, shows the trend of a subject and its research. Through the statistics of data about public security academic articles frequently cited （1984-2014）, the study finds that the three peaks during this period are in accordance with public security higher education reform, suggesting the principles of public security theory research and the public security discipline development.
