摘 要:目的分析天河口岸2013—2014年出入境人群流感流行状况,为疫情防控提供依据。方法对2013—2014年天河口岸有流感样症状的出入境人员采集鼻咽拭子,提取病毒RNA,采用荧光RT-PCR方法检测流感病毒核酸;同时进行流行病学个案调查。结果共采集鼻咽拭子738份,阳性143份,阳性率19.4%,各年度阳性率无差异。检出季节性H3型流感病毒核酸阳性45例,占31.5%,季节性甲型未分型流感病毒核酸阳性1例,占0.7%,甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性64例,占44.7%,乙型流感病毒核酸阳性33例,占23.1%,各年度流行优势株不同。总阳性率无性别差异;0-5岁年龄组阳性率最低,为8.1%,与其他年龄组差异有统计学意义;阳性样本来源以大陆及香港居民为主,占84.6%(121/143)。总体冬(12-2月)、春(3-5月)季阳性率最高,分别为27.1%和27.4%。结论 2013—2014年,天河口岸流感流行强度处于正常水平,流行特征未发生明显变化,各年度阳性率无差异。以季节性H3型、甲型H1N1型和乙型流感病毒检出为主;季节性高峰在冬春季,峰值出现在1-3月和5-7月,呈双峰型或单峰型。Objective To understand the epidemiologic characters of influenza at Tianhe port from 2013 to 2014,and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of influenza. Methods Nasopharyngeal swabs from entry-exit people with symptoms of influenza-like illness were collected from 2013 to 2014 at Tianhe port. Influenza virus was detected by real time PCR. Results In total of 738 swabs, 143 cases(19.4%) were detected positively, no difference in the positive rate between 2013 and 2014.45 cases were season A H3 virus(31.5%), 1case was A unsubtyped virus(0.7%),64 cases were influenza H1N1 virus(44.7%) and 33 cases were influenza B virus(23.1%),the positive rate of influenza virus was the highest, respectively 27.1% and 27.4% in Winter(December to February) and spring(March to May). Conclusion the influenza epidemic status were at the normal level at Tianhe port from 2013 to 2014, epidemiologic characters no changing significantly, no difference in annual influenza positive rate. Epidemic strains were influenza H1N1 virus, seasonal A H3 virus and influenza B virus,The season peak of influenza epidemic was in winter and spring, as single peak or double.
