国际航行船舶中国籍船员艾滋病知晓率及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解国际航行船舶上中国籍船员艾滋病知识知晓情况及其影响因素分析,为开展有效健康教育提供参考。方法选择2013年12月—2014年2月期间在京唐港口岸入境的中国籍船员作为调查对象,调查问卷包括一般资料、艾滋病基础知识及预防相关知识。采用SPSS18.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果发放问卷300份,回收288份,有效问卷278份,其艾滋病知识总体知晓率为93.53%。高关注程度、高学历、已婚或离异人群艾滋病知识知晓率越高(P<0.05)。结论开展有针对性的健康教育是提升艾滋病知识知晓率的有力途径。Objective To discuss the awareness about AIDS among Chinese crew on entry international ocean ships and analyze its influential factors, in order to provide a reference for effective health education. Methods Chinese crew who entered the border at Jingtang Port from December 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the survey subject. Questionnaire includes general information, basic knowledge and prevention knowledge of AIDS.SPSS 18.0software was adopted to realize the data processing and statistical analysis. Results 300 questionnaires were released, 288 questionnaires were called back, 278 questionnaires were available after invalid papers were eliminated. The overall awareness rate about AIDS was 93.53%. Awareness rate of people with higher education level, married or divorced was higher than other people（P〈0.05）. Conclusion A powerful way to enhance AIDS awareness rate is to plan a highly individualized health education.
