台州口岸近海小型国际航行船舶卫生状况评测与分析

摘　　要：目的了解和掌握入境近海小型国际航行船舶卫生状况与携带输入性医学媒介生物的情况。方法在检疫锚地对入境近海小型国际航行船舶的船舶概况、卫生状况与医学媒介携带情况进行评估、监测和数据分析。结果 2012—2014年调查了613艘次近海小型国际航行船舶,该类船舶中97.72%为2 000吨以下级的小型杂货船,船龄大于20年的船舶比例达70.79%,卫生状况良好率为10%左右,携带医学媒介生物阳性率达35.56%。结论入境近海小型国际航行船舶医学媒介生物携带状况比较严重,船舶卫生状况与船舶媒介生物携带风险密切相关,应采取有效措施加以控制。Objective The hygienic status and the condition of imported medical vectors carried by inshore small international navigation ships were summarized. Methods Ship status, hygienic condition and imported medical vectors on entry inshore small international navigation ships at quarantine anchorage of Taizhou port were evaluated and analyzed. Results 613 entry ship-times were checked from 2012 to 2014. 97.72% of the entry ships were bulk ships less than 2 000 tons. 70.79% of the ships were over 20 years. The positive rate of ships carrying medical vectors was 35.56%. Conclusion It showed that the high risk of imported medical vectors carried by entry inshore small ships,and control measure should be taken effectively.
