摘 要:目的探讨采用操作视频对自我注射胰岛素糖尿病患者手卫生知识和行为的影响。方法采用便利抽样方法,选择81例进行胰岛素注射的糖尿病患者,采用操作视频对患者进行手卫生知识和行为的教育,时间1周。教育前后采用自行设计的调查表对患者手卫生知识和行为进行调查。结果教育后患者在洗手意义、六步洗手法步骤、洗手持续时间、注射前和注射后洗手的知识和行为优于教育前,教育前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将操作视频运用于进行胰岛素注射的糖尿病患者手卫生知识和行为的健康教育中,有效激发了患者的学习动力,将单调、枯燥的示教转变成活跃、快乐的学习,从而提高了健康教育效果。Objective To evaluate the impact of the visual operating demonstration in the insulin management diabetes patients′ hand hygiene knowledge and behavior. Methods A convenience sample of 81 patients with insulin-treated diabetes was trained by using the visual operating demonstration in the hand hygiene knowledge and behavior education. After 1 weeks, The pre- and post- training effects were compared by way of self-designed questionnaire. Result The hand hygiene knowledge and behavior including hand-washing meaning, six-step hand-washing, hand washing time, hand-washing before and after injection of the insulintreated diabetes patients was improved after training, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion The visual operating demonstration in the insulin management diabetes patients′ hand hygiene knowledge and behavior of health education can effectively stimulate motivation of the patients, convert monotonous and boring teaching into active and happy learning, thus can enhance the effect of health education.
