带轨道医用床罩式床单的制作与效果观察

摘　　要：目的设计并制作带轨道医用床罩式床单,并观察其使用效果。方法设计并制作带轨道医用床罩式床单,选择30名护士,每人均分别采用传统的铺床法和采用带轨道医用床罩式床单进行铺床,分别计算其铺床时间,同时了解患者满意度和测量床单需要的布料。结果传统铺床法所需床单布料面积为(5.1±0.3)㎡,护士铺床时间为(2.1±0.1)min,患者满意度评分为(7.2±1.0)分;带轨道的医用床罩式床单所需布料面积为(2.4±0.2)㎡,护士铺床时间为(0.9±0.1)min,患者满意度评分为(8.5±1.2)分,两种方法比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论带轨道医用床罩式床单进行铺床,能有效缩短护士铺床时间,节省布料成本,制作简单,可操作性强,增加患者的舒适度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore design and make a bed sheet with bed cover style for medical use. Method Thirty nurses were selected to make the bed by traditional bed sheet and new bed sheet with track respectively. The times of making bed by different bed sheet were compared. Results The cloth area of traditional bed sheet was（5.1 ± 0.3）m^2, time of making bed was（2.1 ± 0.1）min and patients satisfaction score was（7.2 ± 1.0）; the cloth area of new bed sheet with track was（2.4 ± 0.2）m^2, time of making bed was（0.9 ± 0.1） min and patients satisfaction score was（8.5 ± 1.2）. There were significance between the two methods in the time of making the beds, the cloth area and patients′ satisfaction（P〈0.001）. Conclusion The use of new bed sheet with track can save time of making bed, reduce the expense of cloth and improve patients′ comfort, so it is worthy of being applied in clinical wards.
