摘 要:引入WHDF混凝土抗裂减渗剂,对面板混凝土配合比力学性能和早期抗裂性能进行实验研究,通过正交实验设计分析了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、WHDF掺量与抗压强度、抗折强度及劈裂抗拉强度之间的影响关系。结果表明,掺加2%的WHDF,对混凝土力学性能无明显的贡献,但能使混凝土早期抗裂性能达到L-V等级,混凝土早期裂缝的产生减少90%。WHDF concrete anti-crack seepage agent were introduced to research and test mechanical performance and early crack performance of mix proportion of concrete desk.The affecting relationships between ratio of water to gum,admixture of flyash,WHDF admixture and compressive strength anti-break strength and splitting tensile strength were analyzed by orthogonal experimental design.The result showed that WHDF with admixture 2% had no obvious contributions to concrete mechanical performance,but it could make the early anti-crack performance of the concrete reach the grade of L-V,and could reduce early cracks of the concrete by 90%.
