摘　　要：土耳其是俄罗斯、中亚、中东油气向欧洲输送的重要通道。近年来,土耳其致力于成为重要的油气过境及集散地,积极开展能源进出口途径多元化战略,天然气国际合作初见成效,正建设或规划多条天然气管线,在未来数十年内有望成为区域内重要的能源中转国。在"一带一路"视角下,讨论土耳其的能源枢纽地位,研究土耳其能源走廊中的天然气战略地位,寻找中土能源合作开发热点、重点,对于推进"一带一路"建设、促进我国油气企业"走出去"、拓展区域油气合作具有重要意义。Turkey is an important channel of Russia, Central Asia, and Middle East oil and gas transport to Europe. In recent years, Turkey has taken efforts to serve as an important oil and gas hub （Turkey Hub）; actively implemented the energy import and export route diversification strategy; and made progress in natural gas international cooperation. At the meantime, Turkey is building and planning many natural gas pipelines, and it is also expected to become an important transit country in the coming decades. Under the view of＂One Belt and One Road＂, the Turkish energy hub role is discussed, the Turkey＇s natural gas strategic position is studied, and the bilateral energy cooperation and development hot-spots and highlights are pursued, which will be of great significance for accelerating the construction of the ＂One Belt and One Road＂, promoting overseas expansion of China＇s oil and gas industry, and expanding the area of oil and gas cooperation.
