摘　　要：通过1例因心脏手术后并发症诊治不当而死亡的医疗损害技术鉴定案例分析,提出了外科手术医师应重视术后并发症的防范与处置。只有认识到并发症的严重危害,规范对并发症的防范和处理,才能减少医疗事故的发生。Base on the analysis on a medical damage death case due to improper treatment of complications after cardiac surgery,surgeons should pay attention to the prevention and management of postoperative complications. In order to reduce medical malpractice,doctors should recognize the seriousness of complication damage,then strengthen the prevention and management of the complications.
