摘　　要：目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗(TRI)术后应用体位垫的护理效果。方法将2014年3至11月收住的110例冠心病拟行PCI术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组PCI术后在常规护理的基础上应用体位垫进行护理,对照组采用传统方法进行术后护理。结果观察组患者PCI术后(拔鞘管后)6 h术侧上肢腕掌部疼痛评分、术侧食指根部指围的肿胀值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用体位垫对PCI术后患者进行护理,能减轻患者PCI术后术侧肢体腕掌部的疼痛感和肿胀度,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of an arm pad in the postoperative nursing of transradial coronal intervention （TRI）patients. Methods One hundred and ten patients undergoing TRI between March and November 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in observation group were given the arm pads together with the conventional nursing, while those in control group were treated with conventional nursing only. Results Six hours after TRI, the pain score of the carpometacarpal site and swelling degree of index finger root of operated hand in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of arm pads to the post-TRI patients can relieve the pain and swelling of carpometacarpal site in operated hand, and the arm pads are recommendable.
