摘 要:研究以脱硫灰为主要原料,加入一些改善材料制备性能的添加剂,采用半干压成型技术,制备了性能优良的陶瓷节能保温砖。利用TG-DTA、SEM、XRD和XRFA等测试技术,对各种固体废弃物及样品的组成、结构与性能进行了表征。其中样品H-5的结构和性能最好,它的吸水率Wa为24%,气孔率Pa为38%,体积密度D为1.66g/cm3,抗折强度为σb为10.36 MPa,抗压强度σc为47.459 MPa,热导率α为1.333×10-2 W·cm-1·K-1,抗冻融性为43.295 MPa。半干压成型制备的脱硫灰陶瓷节能保温砖样品的各项性能参数达到了《烧结普通砖GB 5101—2003》的各项指标参数。In this paper,in order to utilize these industrial solid wastes,a high performances thermal insulation ceramic brick major made of desulphritation ash from power plants by used semi-dry pressing technology,and some additives were used to improve the performance.The composition,microstructure and properties of the raw industrial solid wastes have been tested by TG-DTA,SEM,XRD and XRFA.The experiment indicated that the sample H-5had the best performances and microstructure,its water absorption(Wa)was 24%,porosity(Pa)was 38%,bulk density(D)was1.66g/cm3,the bending strength was 10.36 MPa and the compression strength was 47.459 MPa,freeze-thaw resistance was 43.295 MPa,thermal conductivity(α)was 1.333×10-2 W·cm-1·K-1.The properties of ceramic insulating bricks had reached the national standard of fired common bricks GB 5101—2003.
