美沙酮维持治疗男性海洛因依赖患者的性生活满意度相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的：了解美沙酮维持治疗（MMT）男性海洛因依赖患者的性生活满意度（SLS）及其相关因素。方法324例MMT男性海洛因依赖患者完成SLS自评量表、Zung氏抑郁自评问卷和Zung氏焦虑自评问卷。用有序因变量多元Logistic回归筛选SLS下降的相关因素。结果36.1%的男性MMT患者不满意目前的性生活。SLS下降与年龄≥39岁（OR=2.17）、受教育年限＜9年（OR=2.08）、MMT剂量≥70mg/d（OR=1.58）、抑郁症状（OR=2.78）和焦虑症状（OR=2.19）显著相关。结论男性MMT患者的性生活不满意度很高，临床医师需要重视男性MMT患者性功能损害的诊断和治疗。Objective To investigate sex life satisfaction （SLS） and its associated factors among heroin-dependent men receiving methadone maintenance treatment （MMT）.Methods Total of 324 male heroin addicts who received MMT completed a SLS self-rating questionnaire, Zung＆#39;s Self-rating Scale Questionnaire for Depression, and Zung＆#39;s Self-rating Scale Questionnaire for Anxiety. Multiple ordinal Logistic regression was used to identify factors associated with decreased SLS.Results About 36.1% of heroin-dependent male patients who received MMT dissatisfied with their current sex life. Decreased SLS was significantly correlated with age≥39 years （OR=2.17）, education year ＆lt;9 years （OR=2.08）, MMT dose≥70mg/d （OR=1.58）, depression （OR=2.78） and anxiety （OR=2.19）.Conclusion A substantial proportion of male heroin addicts who received MMT dissatisfied with their current sex life. Much attention should be paid to the diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction of male MMT heroin addicts.
