摘　　要：运用中医学和辩证学方法,探讨原发性高血压常见中医证型及各证型的中医辨证治疗方法,初步建立高血压病的中医辨证统计模型及量化治疗标准,丰富高血压病的现代中医理论,为临床辨证治疗提供参考。采用中医辩证学方法,结合患者的一般信息、生活行为、家族遗传及合并疾病、四诊、辨证分型及实验室指标,分为干预组与对照组,采用对比分析。通过对干预组与对照组的结果对比分析,应用了中医辨证治疗方法的干预组的治疗有效率达94.12%,高于对照组的80.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高血压病的中医辨证治疗可以减少高血压患者的患病率。Applying to medicine and science dialectical method,this paper probes common syndrome type of essential hypertension and various methods of TCM treatment,initially establishes TCM dialectical statistical model and quantifi ed treatment standard of hypertension,enriches modern TCM theory of hypertension,and provides reference for the clinical syndrome treatment.This paper adopts TCM dialectical method and combines general information,lifestyle,family history,comorbidities,four clinics,dialectical syndrome type and laboratory index,which are divided into intervention group and control group,are comparative analyzed.Over the comparative analysis results of the intervention group and the control group,the effective therapy rate reaches 94.12% with the application of TCM treatments in the intervention group,which is higher than the 80.31% of the control group,and there is a statistically signifi cant difference.TCM dialectical treatment of hypertension can reduce the prevalence of hypertension.
