护理干预对80例新生儿肺炎患儿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对新生儿肺炎护理的效果。方法:选取新生儿肺炎患者160例,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组用常规方法进行护理,观察组则加以护理干预,比较两组患儿的住院时间、家长满意度、总有效率、复发率、并发症发生率等指标。结果:与对照组患儿相比,观察组患儿住院时间短、家长满意度高、总有效率高、复发率低、并发症发生率低,各项指标明显优于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用护理干预对新生儿肺炎进行护理,效果好、费用低、安全性强,值得推广应用。Objective ：To study the effect of nursing intervention on neonatal pneumonia. Methods： 160 patients with neonatal pneumo- nia were.chosen, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 80 cases in each group. Control group used conventional methods of nursing, the observation group were given nursing intervention, hospital time, parents satisfaction, total effective rate, recur- rence rate, incidence of complications were compared. Results： Compared with the control group patients, the observation group had less hospitalized time, parents satisfaction was high, the total effective rate was high, low recurrence rate, complication rate was low, the indi- cators was better than control group patients （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The application of nursing intervention on neonatal pneumonia has good effect, low cost, strong security, is worthy of popularization and application.
