摘　　要：医院档案管理是现代医院管理工作中一项重要内容,是医院建设和发展的宝贵资源。随着新医改的推进,对医院档案管理提出了更高要求。为提高医院档案管理水平,充分利用医院档案,必须加强档案的集中统一管理,以提高医院档案管理的专业性。基于此,本文从医院管理现状出发,系统分析当前医院分散管理存在的弊端,并提出医院档案集中统一管理机制建设的对策。Hospital records management is a modern hospital in the management of an important part of hospital construction and development of precious resources. With the new medical reform, hospital records management put forward higher requirements. In order to improve the level of hospital records management, make full use of hospital records, the need to strengthen the centralized management of archives, in order to improve hospital records management professional. Based on this, starting from the present situation of hospital management, systems analysis of the current hospital drawbacks of decentralized management, and proposed the construction of hospital records centralized management Mechanism.
