瑞舒伐他汀钙对临床期糖尿病肾病患者的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗临床期糖尿病肾病效果。方法抽选临床期糖尿病肾病患者72例随机分为两组,对照组(36例)给予基础治疗,观察组(36例)在此基础上给予瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果差异。结果观察组患者治疗后血脂指标、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、甘油三酯以及高密度脂蛋白等指标相较对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀钙能有效改善临床期糖尿病肾病患者血脂、血糖以及肾功能指标。Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin calcium in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy at clinical stage. Methods 72 cases with diabetic nephropathy at clinical stage were randomly divided into two groups, control group（36 cases） to give basic treatment, the observation group（36 cases） given rosuvastatin calcium based on control group treatment, compared two groups of effect. Results In observation group,the blood lipid indexes, 24 h urine protein, urea nitrogen, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein were significantly different with the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium can effectively improve blood lipids, blood glucose and renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
