摘  要:目的分析和研究采用Contr AA700高分辨率连续光源原子吸收光谱仪,对钠钙玻璃输液瓶中的铅浸出量进行测定。方法根据YBB00032005-2015《钠钙玻璃输液瓶》标准,应用Contr AA700高分辨连续光源原子吸收光谱仪测定钠钙玻璃输液瓶中铅的浸出量。结果结果显示,铅含量在0.1~1.0 mg/L的范围内线性良好,r=0.999 7,其检出限是0.005 1 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.32%,回收率为98.5%~102.2%。结论采用Contr AA700高分辨率连续光源原子吸收光谱仪测量钠钙玻璃输液瓶中的铅浸出量,仪器操作简单,灵敏度高,测量所得到的数据更加精准。Objective To analyze and study the lead content in infusion bottles made of soda lime glass by using Contr AA700 high resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods According to YBB00032005-2015 "Infusion bottles made of soda lime glass", using Contr AA700 high resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the amount of lead leaching. Results The results showed that the content of lead had good linearity in the range of 0.1 ~ 1.0 mg/L(r=0.999 7), with the detection limit of 0.005 1 mg/L and relative standard deviation of 0.32%, and the rate of recovery ranged from 98.5% to 102.2%. Conclusion Contr AA700 high resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry was suitable for the determination of lead in infusion bottles made of soda lime glass, with the advantages of easy operation, high efficiency and good stability.
