摘　　要：目的分析急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭护理方法与实施效果。方法研究年度2015年1月~2015年11月,纳入对象急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭54例,经数字法分成两组。给予27例常规护理,此为对照组;给予余27例全面护理,此为研究组。组间比较。结果两组中研究组的护理有效率更高,住院日更短,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭全面护理有显著效果。Objective To analyze the acute myocardial infarction heart failure nursing and implementation results. Methods From January 2015 ~ November 2015,54 cases of acute myocardial infarction heart failure as objects, and divided into two groups. 27 cases in control group received routine nursing; 27 cases in study group received comprehensive nursing. Compared the two groups. Results The study group had more effective nursing, shorter hospitalization time, the results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acute Myocardial Infarction Heart Failure comprehensive nursing has a significant effect.
