循证护理在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在乳腺癌术后患者中的临床应用效果。方法将98例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,观察组给予常规护理,对照组运用循证护理,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率。结果对照组患者术后并发症低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理可降低乳腺癌患者术后并发症发生率。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods 98 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases in each group, the observation group was given routine nursing. Results The postoperative complications of the control group were lower than those of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence based nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with breast cancer.
