摘　　要：目的探讨自然分娩心理干预的临床效果。方法将80例产妇分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组各40例。给予对照组产妇常规助产护理,观察组产妇在此基础上,增加心理护理干预。分析比较两组产妇的护理干预效果。结果观察组产妇的自然分娩率高达90%,明显的高于对照组产妇的自然分娩率65%;观察组对助产护理的满意度明显高于对照组。结论给予产妇适当的心理护理干预,能够有效的提升自然分娩率,提高助产护理的满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effects of psychological intervention on natural delivery. Methods 80 cases of parturients were divided into two groups, with 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group. Parturients in the control group were given routine obstetric care, while parturients in the observation group were provided with psychological nursing intervention on this basis. The effects of nursing intervention on the parturients were analyzed and compared. Results The natural childbirth rate was up to 90% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was 65%; the satisfaction rate of midwifery care in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Appropriate psychological care intervention for parturients can effectively improve the natural delivery rate and promote the satisfaction rate of midwifery care.
