摘　　要：目的评价非超声引导下改良赛丁格技术的成功率和安全性。方法选择2013年1月~2014年12月我院需行PICC置管的患者180例,其中43例采用非超声引导下改良技术行PICC置管,观察并记录其置管成功率与并发症情况。结果采用非超声引导下改良赛丁格技术行PICC成功置管的患者有42例,成功率达97.7%;仅1例患者由于血管情况不良导致送管困难,改为颈静脉穿刺置管。无不良反应及并发症发生。结论非超声引导下改良赛丁格技术可以提高PICC置管穿刺成功率,操作简单、方便,且并发症少。Objective To evaluate the success rate and safety of the Modified Seldinger Technique of PICC under non ultrasonic guided. Methods 180 cases patients who received the PICC from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital,43 cases patients who taken the way of non ultrasound guided by the Modified Seldinger Technique,Observe and record the success rate of catheter and complications. Results Under the way of non ultrasound guided,42 cases patients catheter Successfully by the Modified Seldinger Technique,the success rate of 97.7%; Only 1 patient send tube difficultly due to blood vessels is terrible,instead of jugular vein puncture. No adverse reaction and complications happened. Conclusion The Modified Seldinger Technique under non ultrasound guided PICC can improve the success rate of PICC,the operation is simple and convenient, and less complications.
