品管圈在减少刺激性药物静滴时的局部反应中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在减少刺激性药物静滴时的局部反应中的应用效果。方法科内成立品管圈,选择减少刺激性药物静滴时的局部反应为主题,进行问题分析、对策拟定与实施、效果确认及分析。结果品管圈活动后刺激性药物静滴时的局部反应明显减少。结论进行品管圈活动能有效减少刺激性药物静滴时的局部反应。Objective To investigate the effect of the application of the coil on the local reaction of reducing the static drops of stimulating drugs. Methods Kone was established in order to select the local response of the stimulus to decrease the static drops. The problem was analyzed, the countermeasures were drawn up and implemented, and the results were confirmed and analyzed. Results The local reaction of the stimulating drugs was significantly decreased after the activity of the product. Conclusion The activity of the product coil can effectively reduce the local reaction of the stimulating drug.
