标准化电话随访模式在产后延伸护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一种标准化电话随访模式在产妇的产后延伸护理中作用。方法根据产妇需求制定标准化的电话随访内容及流程,选择2015年6月~2015年12月在某三级甲等医院妇产科住院分娩的产妇128例,随机分为观察组和对照组各64例,观察组由经过培训的助产士在产妇产后2周内,按照标准化电话随访内容及流程进行出院随访;对照组在产后2周内由随访日值班责任护士给予常规性的出院随访,并随机抽查随访效果及产妇对随访的满意度。结果观察组有效随访率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组在对电话随访人员提供的产科护理指导、婴儿护理指导及对产妇疑问的解答方面比较对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组对电话随访人员服务满意率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但观察组满意率高于对照组。结论运用标准化电话随访模式规范电话随访内容和流程,既可有效提高产妇对护理工作的满意度及健康指导的依从性,促进母婴健康。Objective To explore the effect of a standardized telephone follow-up mode in postpartum extend nursing. Methods The content and process of the standardized telephone follow-up mode was developed according to the needs of maternal. 128 cases of delivery of maternal from June 2015 to December 2015 in a tertiary level hospital obstetrics and gynecology were chosen. The sample were randomly divided into observation group（64 cases） and control group（64 cases）. For the observation group, the discharge follow-up were conducted in accordance with the standardized content and process by trained midwives in 2 weeks postpartum. And for the control group in 2 weeks postpartum, the discharge follow-up were conducted by the responsibility of nurses on duty. Last the random checks were conducted according to the effect of follow-up and maternal satisfaction with the followup. Results The difference of effective follow-up rate between the observation group and the control group, was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The difference of obstetric nursing instruction, baby care and answer to maternal questions provided by follow-up workers, between the observation group and the control group, was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The difference of the satisfaction rate about follow-up telephone service, between the observation group and the control group, was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, but the satisfaction rate was higher in observation group. Conclusion Using the standardized telephone follow-up mode to regulate content and process, we can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of maternal and the compliance about health guidance, finally promote the health of maternal and child.
