摘  要:本试验对荣昌部分规模化养鸭场分离的77株致病性大肠杆菌进行药敏试验及敏感药物的临床应用。取病死雏鸭的肝脏进行大肠杆菌的分离、纯化,通过细菌的生化试验、血清型鉴定、致病性试验、药敏试验以及敏感药物的临床应用,确定分离菌的种类及致病能力的强弱。结果表明,77株大肠杆菌分属于12种血清型,小鼠致病性试验显示以O_(45)、O_(92)、O_(93)和O_(142)的致病性最强,致死率达到100%,O_2的致死率最低,只有25%,其余血清型的致死率在37.5%~87.5%。分离菌株对氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、诺氟沙星和卡那霉素4种抗菌药物高敏。Susceptibility tests and clinical applications of sensitive drugs have been conducted on 77 Pathogenic E.colies that isolated from part large scale duck farm in Rongchang district.Isolation and purification of E.coli were from livers of the dead ducklings, and the type and the strength of pathogenicity of isolated E.coli were determined through biochemical tests of bacteria, serotype identification, pathogenicity test, susceptibility test and clinical application of sensitive drugs. The results indicated that 77 Pathogenic E.coli belonging to 12 seretypes. Pathogenicity tests in mice indicated that O,5, O92. O93 and O142 exhibited the most powerful pathogenicity with the death rates up to100%. The death rate of O2 was the lowest with a value of 25% .The death rates of other serotypes ranged from 37.5% to 87.5%. The isolated strains exhibited highly sensitive to ofloxacin, gentamicln, noffloxacin and kanamycin.
