摘  要:为研究延期体芯数对延期时间精度的影响,对三芯和五芯延期体的延期时间进行了测量,并采用高速摄影仪对它们末端的喷火过程进行了拍摄。实验结果表明:五芯铅芯延期体比三芯铅芯延期体的延期精度高、药芯喷火集中、喷火速度快持续时间短、药剂燃烧比较充分,燃烧火焰比较明亮以及未燃烧端喷出的未燃烧药剂比较少,生产较长切长延期体时可采用五芯延期体。Aimed at the effect of cores number on the delay accuracy of delay element, the delay time of three-core and five-core lead delay elements was tested, and the spit fire process of delay element ends was photographed by high-speed camera. It showed that five-core lead delay element is comparatively of higher accuracy, more concentrated fire and full combustion of powder, shorter spurting process, brighter flames and less unburned powder from ends than those of three-core lead delay element. It is suggestion that five-core lead delay element could be adopted for less longer delay element production.
