蒙药花锚石油醚萃取物化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究蒙药花锚的化学成分。方法:用正相、反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据NMR等波谱数据以及结合文献报道的波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从蒙药花锚95%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:1-羟基-2,3,4,6-四甲氧基酮(1)、1-羟基-2,3,5-三甲氧基酮(2)、1-羟基-3,7-二甲氧基酮(3)、1-羟基-3,5,6,7,8-五甲氧基酮(4)、1-羟基-2,3,4,7-四甲氧基酮(5)、1-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基酮(6)、1-羟基-2,3,4,5,7-五甲氧基酮(7)、棕榈酸(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论:其中,化合物3、4、8为首次从花锚属中分离得到,化合物1为首次从蒙药花锚中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Mongolian medicine Halenia corniculata. Methods： Positive phase and reversed phase silica gel,as well as Sephadex LH-20 methods were used to separate and purify. The structure of the isolated constituents was identified according to the NMR spectroscopy data and the literature data. Results： Nine compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extracts of petroleum ether part of Halenia corniculata and identified as： 1-hydroxy-2,3,4,6-tetramethoxyxanthone（ 1）,1-hydroxy-2,3,5-trimethoxyxanthone（ 2）,1-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxanthone（ 3）,1-hydroxy-3,5,6,7,8-pentamethoxyxanthone（ 4）,1-hydroxy-2,3,4,7-tetramethoxyxanthone（ 5）,1-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyxanthone（ 6）,1-hydroxy-2,3,4,5,7-pentamethoxyxanthone（ 7）,palmitic acid（ 8）and β-sitosterol（ 9）. Conclusion： Compounds 3,4 and 8 are isolated from this genus for the first time,Compound 1 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
