摘　　要：针对宁夏中部干旱带生态移民区存在的生态环境恶劣、功能作用减弱、水资源利用率低下、过度依赖化肥、资金短缺、科技创新引领作用不强、管理机制不完善等问题,提出了农业生态文明建设的对策。In migration area in the Middle Arid Zone of Ningxia, many problems exist, such as that the ecological environment is abominable, the function is weakening, the utilization rate of water resources is low, there are a abuse of fertilizer and a shortage of funds, the leading role of the scientific and technological innovation is not strong and the management mechanism is not perfect. Some countermeasures for construction of agricultural eco-civilization are put forward.
