摘　　要：对目前在广州市务工的131位第一代农民工进行调研数据分析,针对其在入户、留城归属感、养老保障、就业歧视方面存在问题提出相关建议,力求能使第一代农民工在广州市能积极"市民化",保障生活、医疗等方面平等享有福利。By analyzing 131 first generation migrant workers in Guangzhou from the aspects of household registration,sense of belonging in city, old-age security and employment discrimination, some suggestions are given for encouraging them to be a citizen and ensure their rights of living and medical treatment.
