胰腺癌晚期难治性疼痛合并顽固性生存痛苦的姑息性镇静治疗：1例报道

摘　　要：本文报道胰腺癌晚期难治性疼痛合并顽固性生存痛苦姑息性镇静治疗1例患者,因胰头癌晚期/生命有限,具有难治性癌性疼痛和重度生存痛苦等顽固性症状,预期生存期较短.经手术、放射治疗与化学药物治疗等积极的干预措施仍不能缓解疼痛和痛苦,启用姑息性镇静治疗,使患者的顽固性疼痛、重度谵妄和重度生存痛苦症状获得有效的控制.One pancreas cancer patient with intractable pain,refractory existential distress and short life-surviving expectation was reported.Multiple clinical interfering measures including surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy can＆#39; t relief his pain and distress,therefore palliative sedation therapy was used.The severe pain,delirium/agitation and refractory existential distress were relieved effectively.
