京津冀协同发展下河北承接首都产业转移研究——基于劳动投入产出模型

摘　　要：以产业转移中的就业问题为切入点,根据统计局最新编制的2012年投入产出表建立了一个劳动投入产出模型,测算了压缩河北省重工业10%总产值和承接北京轻工业、通用制造业、批发零售业、教育和卫生五部门各10%总产值对河北省直接就业和关联就业的影响。结果表明,承接首都产业转移能够有效弥补重工业调整带来的失业,在最大和最小情况下,分别能为河北省净增72.17和17.9万个就业机会。Employment in the industrial transfer as the breakthrough point, according to the Bureau of statistics of the newly compiled by 2012 input-output table to establish a labor input output model, estimates the compression, Hebei Province, heavy industry, 10% of the total output value and undertake Beijing light industry, general manufacturing industry,the wholesale and retail trade,effect of health education and five departments, 10% of the total output value of Hebei Province direct employment and employment correlation. The results show that the capital to undertake industrial transfer can effectively compensate for the heavy industry to adjust to bring unemployment, the maximum and minimum, respectively, for Hebei Province a net increase of 72.17 and 17.9 million jobs.
