摘　　要：党的十八大将生态文明建设提升到战略布局高度。海南省在生态环境保护、生态经济、生态产业、生态文化、生态人居等方面取得了一定的成绩,但是,治理模式单一,市场与社会力量未能充分参与;资源利用率低,粗放型经济增长方式还没有得到根本转变;产业结构不合理,经济发展过度依赖于旅游业和房地产业;生态环境形势依然严峻。The construction of ecological civilization in the Party Congress promoted to the height of the strategic layout. Hainan Province in the protection of the ecological environment, ecological economy, ecological industry, ecological culture, ecological habitat, such as made some achievements, however, single mode of governance, market and social forces failed to fully participate in;resource utilization rate low,the extensive mode of economic growth has not been fundamentally changed;irrational industrial structure, economic development excessively dependent on tourism and real estate industry;ecological environmental situation is stiU grim.
