摘  要:通过十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对蒙脱土(MMT)进行有机改性,并将其与环氧树脂-苯丙乳液复合,得到了一种有机蒙脱土改性的苯丙乳液.该复合物粒径约140nm左右,蒙脱土片层均匀分散在乳液中.环氧树脂的加入提高了复合乳液的力学性能,附着力最高可至0级,而有机蒙脱土(OMMT)的加入使苯丙乳液的耐黄变性与耐水性有明显改善.利用季戊四醇、三聚氰胺等与该复合乳液配制了一种膨胀型防火涂料,其防火性较普通防火涂料有明显提高.Styrene-acrylate/montmoriltonite composite emulsion was prepared with modified montmorillonite (OMMT) by combining with epoxy resin-styrene acrylic emulsion. The composition particle size was around 140 nm, and the montmorillonite was evenly dispersed in the emulsion. Epoxy resin improved the mechanical properties of com- posite emulsion, and upgraded its adhesion to grade 0. Yellowing and water resistance properties were significantly en- hanced with the addition of OMMT. This new composite emulsion can be combined with pentaerythritol and mela- mine, etc., to prepare a novel fire-retardant coating with significant improvement in fire resistance.
