摘 要:分别合成主体分子聚β-环糊精和客体分子侧链含有金刚烷的聚合物,对其结构、分子量进行磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)及凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征,并通过将主客体分子混合得到一种具有自我愈合能力且同时具有温度和pH双重敏感性的超分子水凝胶.研究发现,该水凝胶的相转变温度随着主/客体聚合物摩尔比的增加而提高,提高主/客体摩尔比、聚合物浓度和介质pH值有利于水凝胶的形成;水凝胶的溶胀率受聚合物浓度和水凝胶周围介质的pH值影响较大,体外药物释放具有pH响应性.基于主客体作用力的可递性,该超分子水凝胶具有自愈合性.A novel self-healing supramolecular hydrogel with dual sensibility of temperature and pH based on host- guest inclusion interaction between linearβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD) polymer and copolymer containing adamantine(Ada) was prepared. The chemical structure and molecular weights of polymers were confirmed by 1 H NMR and gel perme- ation chromatography (GPC). The turbidimetric determination of the mixture of host and guest macromolecules shows that the phase inversion temperature is elevated with the increasing of molar ratio o{ host to guest. The rheolog- ical behaviors confirm that the molar ratio of host-guest, polymer concentration and pH value has great influence on the formation of supramolecular hydrogel. The swelling ratio of hydrogel is related to the polymer concentration and pH value. The drug release in vitro from hydrogel is responsive to circumstance pH value. In addition, the hydrogel has a self-healing ability based on the reversibility of host-guest complex.
