随机应答技术在艾滋病随访工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在基层艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)随访管理工作中,Warner法随机应答技术(RRT)对HIV/AIDS病人服药依从率和安全套使用率估计的应用性。方法在分层随机整群抽样调查中,使用Warner法随机应答技术和直接问询法,对HIV/AIDS病人进行服药依从性及单阳家庭安全套使用情况调查并进行比较。结果运用随机应答技术得到的HIV/AIDS病人服药依从率为71.5%,直接问询法统计的HIV/AIDS病人服药依从率为82.5%;运用随机应答技术得到单阳家庭安全套使用率为72.6%,直接问询法统计的单阳家庭安全套使用率为90.4%。结论 Warner法随机应答技术在基层艾滋病随访工作中简单易用,在了解患者服药依从性及安全套使用情况调查时有利于保护患者的隐私,可获得更为真实的资料。Objective To investigate the application of Warner method of randomized response technique（RRT）in condom use among HIV discordant couples and the medication adherence of HIV/AIDS patients for the follow-up management.Methods In the stratified random cluster sampling survey,RRT and oral inquiry methods were used for the HIV/AIDS patients respectively to compare the effects.Results The rate of adherence among the patients by using RRT was 71.5%,and the rate among the patients by using oral inquiry was 82.5%.Condom use rate of the HIV discordant couples by RRT was 72.6%,while the rate by oral inquiry was 90.4%.Conclusion Warner method is simple and easy to use in the follow-up of HIV/ AIDS patients,and it is helpful to protect the privacy of HIV/AIDS patients during the investigation to know their medication adherence and condom use,so as to get more factual information.
