摘　　要：[目的 /意义]研究国际科学数据共享领域的新进展,以把握科学数据共享所带来的机遇,为我国大数据战略下更好地开展科学数据共享工作提供借鉴。[方法 /过程]跟踪2013年至今世界重要的政府机构、科学研究及资助机构、图书馆、出版机构、数据库商等在科学数据共享领域的重要战略决策、报告、项目和最新动态消息,对国际不同领域科学数据共享的实践动向和特点进行归纳和总结。[结果 /结论]科学数据共享已经引起国际上多个领域的广泛关注,其实践进展呈现鲜明特点:跨界合作显著,大力资助和支持,将其提升到战略高度;针对科研人员对其认可度不高的问题,多个领域已做出巨大努力。我国可借鉴国际科学数据共享的良好经验。[ Purpose/significance ] Data sharing has been a hot spot and frontier of the research and practice recently. It＇ s helpful to grasp the trends of data sharing for our counti）j to respond to the opportunities brought by data sharing and to share scientific data following the National Big Data Strategy＇. [ Method/process] This paper tracks data sharing strategic decisions, reports, programs and news released by international government agencies, research institutes, funding agencies, libraries and publishers in recently three years. Then, it summarizes the new developments and characteristics of international data sharing. [ Result/conclusion] Data sharing has attracted more attention from many areas. Its progress presents distinct features： significant cross-border cooperation, vigorously funding and the support, taking it to a strategic level, insufficient recognition and great efforts to improve it. We can draw lessons from good international experiences.
