摘  要:目的了解不同年级小学生的认知特点和核心健康教育需求,为探索小学生健康素养评价指标体系建立的依据及形式提供参考。方法采用个人深入访谈和小组访谈的方法,访谈对象包括教育卫生行政人员、学校卫生专业技术人员、教育专家和一线教师共18名,访谈内容主要为小学生健康素养评价指标体系的内容和量表呈现形式的建议等。结果访谈对象一致建议小学生健康素养评价指标体系可主要用于评价小学健康教育的效果,应以《中小学健康教育指导纲要》为主要依据,从心理健康、健康生活方式等核心点和功能性素养、交互性素养、媒介素养、批判性素养4个素养的内涵角度加以扩展。对于低年级小学生,应采用易于接受和实施的图画、讲故事等形式;高年级小学生采用文字形式即可。加强与班主任老师的合作,可以了解小学生的身心特点,便于实施调查。结论小学生健康素养评价指标体系的建立既应考虑到国家标准要求,又要从小学生的实际健康需求和认知水平出发。Objective To understand cognitive characteristics and core needs of health education and forms of health liter- acy indication system in primary school students. Methods In-depth interviews and group interviews were adopted to obtain the o- pinions and suggestions on the content and forms of health literacy indication system in primary school students. Interview subjects included education and health administrative personnel, professional personnel of school health, education specialists and teachers. Results All the interviewees suggested that the health literacy indication system in primary school, which was used to evaluate the effect of school health education, should be based on " the Outline of Health Education Guidance in Primary and Secondary Schools". The core needs including mental health, healthy lifestyle and four health literacy levels should also be integrated. For junior grades, pictures and stories were the best forms for them to understand. For junior grades, text forms should be acceptable. The cooperation with class teachers can help to know better students' physical and psychological development to carry out investiga- tion. Conclusion The health literacy indication system in primary school should consider both national standard outline and needs of students.
