摘 要:目的探讨个人自立特质与抑郁的关系,为青少年人格和心理健康发展提供理论依据。方法使用初中生个人自立量表和简版流调用抑郁自评量表,采取交叉滞后设计,对采用抽签法选取的重庆、四川3所中学969名初中生进行间隔6个月的前后2次追踪调查。结果除第2次个人灵活得分与第1次抑郁得分相关无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其余2次测量的个人自立特质各维度与2次测量的抑郁得分均呈负相关(P值均<0.05)。个人主动、个人开放两个维度负向预测6个月后的抑郁(P值均<0.01),抑郁不仅能负向预测6个月后的个人主动和个人开放,还能负向预测个人独立(P值均<0.01)。结论研究部分支持了人格与抑郁关系的相互作用模型和伤疤假设,可为防控青少年抑郁的发生提供参考。Objective To explore the relationship between personal self-support and depression among junior students and to provide theoretical basis for the development of personality and mental health. Methods Totally, 1 060 junior students from three schools in Chongqing and Sichuan provinces were investigated twice with the personal self-support scale of adolescent and the short version of the center for epidemiologic studies depression scale. This was a tracking survey using cross-lagged design, 969 val- id questionnaires were included into analysis. Results Two traits including personal initiative and personal openness negatively predicted depression after 6 months(P〈0.01), And depression scores not only predicted personal initiative and personal openness but also predicted personal independence(P〈0.01). Personal initiative, personal openness can predict depression across time and depression can significantly predict personal initiative personal openness which supported the transactional model. Meanwhile, de- pression scores can significantly predict personal independence( P〈0.01), which further proved the model. Conclusion These re- suits suggest that personality traits of junior students significantly affect emotional health and also everyday emotions significantly af- fect adolescents' personality development.
