摘　　要：目的:调查"90后"护士的职业价值观现状并探讨其影响因素,为医院培养护士形成积极的职业价值观提供依据。方法:采用护士职业价值观量表对293名"90后"护士进行调查。结果:"90后"护士职业价值观总均分为(3.16±0.74)分。学历不同的"90后"护士的职业价值观得分差异有统计学意义(t=-2.380,P<0.05)。结论:"90后"护士总体职业价值观认同度较高,护理管理者可根据影响"90后"护士职业价值观的因素,针对性地开展培养和指导工作,进一步提升他们对职业价值的认同。Objective：To investigate the states of the occupational values and the influencing factors of＂90＂nurses,and provide references for cultivation of nurses occupational values.Methods：A survey involving 293＂90＂nurses had been carried out with the nurses occupational values scale.Results：The average point of the nurses occupational values scale was（3.16±0.74）.There were significant differences between the ＂90＂nurses with different academic backgrounds,labor relations and whether the only child（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：A majority of＂90＂nurses hold a positive occupational vales,nursing managers can be based on the influence of＂90＂nurse occupational values of factors,to carry out training and guidance,to further enhance their recognition of the value of the occupation.
