完美主义消极因子与考试焦虑:无法忍受不确定性的中介效应

摘　　要：目的:探讨完美主义、无法忍受不确定性和考试焦虑的关系。方法:对416名大学生施测大学生一般完美主义量表、无法忍受不确定性量表和考试焦虑量表,并使用SPSS 21.0和Amos 17.0软件对调查数据进行统计分析。结果:女生考试焦虑高于男生考试焦虑(t=2.33,P=0.02)。完美主义消极因子(在乎缺点)和无法忍受不确定性与考试焦虑相关显著(r=0.325,0.484;P<0.01),路径分析发现,无法忍受不确定性在完美主义消极因子和考试焦虑之间起着部分中介作用。结论:完美主义消极因子和考试焦虑密切相关,无法忍受不确定性在两者间起着中介作用。Objective：To explore the relationship among perfectionism,intolerance of uncertainty and test anxiety.Methods：416college students were measured by Test Anxiety Scale,Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale and General Perfectionism Scale for College Students.Results：The girls＇ test anxiety test score was higher than the boys＇（t=2.33,P〈0.05）.There were correlations significantly among negative perfectionism,intolerance of uncertainty and test anxiety（r=0.325,0.484;P〈0.01）.Path analysis showed that intolerance of uncertainty acted a mediating effect between negative perfectionism and test anxiety.Conclusion：Negative perfectionism relates closely with test anxiety,and intolerance of uncertainty acts a mediating effect between the two.
