摘 要:以提高精密交流电阻测量仪的测量精度为目的,应用鉴相器技术代替了古典的电桥测量技术。通过测量仪的工作原理及时序的分析进行了电路设计;研究了测量仪的开路调零、短路调零、负载补偿等技术的原理,并建立有关数学模型,编制了系统软件;研究了测量仪鉴相电路的原理和时序的分析;分析了多重积分式AD转换电路的原理和时序、测量仪的信号放大及量程切换方法。最终开发了基于鉴相器测量技术的精密交流电阻测量仪,达到了设计要求,具有操作方便、测量速度快、提高生产效率、降低成本、性能价格比高等特点。In order to improve the accuracy of the precision AC resistance measuring instrument, the phase detector technology instead of the classical bridge measurement technique is used. The circuit is designed through analyzing the working principle and timing of the measuring instrument. The working principle of the open circuit tuning zero, short circuit transfer principle of zero and the load compensation technology of the measuring instrument are analyzed. The mathematical model is established. System software is compiled. Principle and timing analysis of detecting phase circuit for the measuring instrument is made. Principle and timing of multiple integral AD conversion circuit are analyzed. Sig- nal amplifying and measuring range switching method are also analyzed. The precision AC resistance measuring instru- ment based onphase detector measurement technology is developed, which meets the design requirements, improves the production efficiency, reduces the cost and has features of convenient operation, quick measuring speed and high per-formance-to-price-ratio.
