摘 要:针对某超超临界1 000 MW机组锅炉螺旋管圈水冷壁设计方案,对水平倾角20°的光管内汽水两相流动不稳定性进行了试验研究,重点分析了压力降脉动和密度波脉动发生的边界条件和可压缩容积、压力、质量流率等参数对脉动的影响规律。结果表明:上述系统参数对2种脉动的界限热流密度的影响具有较好的规律性,与已有文献报道一致,但部分参数对界限含汽率的影响则因试验条件而异;低过冷度下的光管内压力降脉动的界限热流密度大于高过冷度下的内螺纹管内压力降脉动的界限热流密度;根据试验结果,得到了压力降脉动和密度波脉动在不同系统参数条件下界限热流密度及界限含汽率的变化范围和脉动起始点关系式。For the design of an ultra supercritical 1 000 MW unit boiler with spirally water wall tubes,an experiment was conducted on the instability of the steam-water two-phase flow inside a smooth tube with an inclined angle of 20 from the horizon.The boundary conditions about the occurrence of the pressure drop oscillations and the density wave oscillations were discussed.The effects of the compressible volume,pressure and mass flux were primarily analyzed.The results show that the above parameters show regular influences on the boundary heat flux for the mentioned two oscillations,which are accordant with existed experimental conclusions,but some of them displays variable influence,which depends on the experimental operation conditions,on the boundary dryness.The boundary heat flux of the pressure drop oscillations in the test smooth tube at low sub-cooling can be higher than that in the rifled tube at high sub-cooling.Under variable system parameter conditions,the variation range of boundary heat flux as well as boundary dryness was derived and the empirical correlations on oscillation initial point for the pressure drop oscillations and the density wave oscillations were obtained.
