摘  要:采用Fluent软件对某机组脱硫塔内的烟气流场进行了三维数值模拟,研究了浆液喷淋、烟气入口加装挡板和烟气余热利用3个因素对脱硫塔内烟气流场的影响。结果表明:浆液喷淋改善了塔内烟气流场均匀性,减少了塔内烟气回流现象,使烟气出口流速增加了约10%;加装挡板克服了脱硫塔入口区域烟气贴壁流速过高的现象,使得烟气流动更均匀;低温余热利用后,入口烟气的质量流量减少,塔内烟气密度增大,使脱硫塔内的流场分布更均匀,有利于烟气脱硫的进行。The internal flow field of a desulfurization spray tower was numerically simulated by Fluent software.Three factors affecting the flow field was investigated,such as the slurry spraying,adding a baffle at the flue gas entrance and waste heat utilization.The results show that,spraying the slurry improved the uniformity of gas flow field,eased the effect of reflux and increased the outlet gas velocity by about 10%.Installation of a baffle can help the gas flow overcome the phenomenon of sticking wall and make the gas flow more uniform.Low temperature waste heat utilization decreased the mass flux of the gas and increased the density of gas in the tower,which made the flow field distribution of gas in the tower more uniform,and enhanced the flue gas desulfurization.
