摘　　要：本移动护理终端系统以PDA为硬件平台,通过无线网络技术将移动护理行为向病人床边扩展和延伸,并实现与电子病历(EMR)的无缝对接。该系统系统功能模块可实现对患者信息管理、体征数据采集、医嘱执行、护理文书录入和护理文书打印等功能。通过在本院临床实践中的应用表明,该系统能够满足我院护理工作的需求,使护理及护理管理工作更加规范,提高了护理工作的质量和效率。This paper analyzes the design of a mobile nursing information system as well as its functional module and implementations. The functional module of the mobile nursing information system includes management of patients＇ information, collection of data about signs and symptoms, execution of medical orders, nursing information input, and the printing of nursing documentation. This system, which is based on the personal digital assistant-based hardware platform, can expand and extend the scope of bedside nursing care by using the wireless network technology. The system is also associated with the electronic medical record. The application of the mobile nursing information system can standardize the nursing implementation and improve the quality and efficiency of clinical nursing practice in the hospital.
