摘　　要：本文阐述了一种新型气管插管固定装置的设计及应用过程,该装置主要由母扣部、公扣部、耳缘保护套、连接装置等结构组成,具有固定快、固定牢、舒适感强、使用时间长等特点。临床实际应用效果表明,与采用传统固定装置进行气管插管的患者相比,采用新型固定装置进行气管插管的患者的导管移位、皮肤过敏、耳缘破溃等的发生率均显著降低,表明新型气管插管固定装置具有良好的临床应用价值。This paper explained the design and application of a new type of endotracheal intubation fixation device, which is composed of internal buckle, external buckle, an ear protector, and a connecting device. The new fixation device can provide fixation that is fast, tight, comfortable, and suitable for long term use. As clinical practice indicated, the device can reduce operating time and decrease the occurrence of catheter displacement, skin allergies, ear ulceration, and other complications compared with the traditional fixation device, which means the new type of endotracheal intubation fixation device has better value in clinical practice.
