摘　　要：本文介绍我院通过建立并科学使用准用目录库和供应目录库,实现了医用耗材采购来源的路径控制。应用实践证明该方法具有较高的可行性和显著的管理效益,为提高医院医用耗材采购管理水平奠定了基础。This paper introduced the realization of medical consumables purchase source path control in our hospital by scientifically establishing and applying mutatis mutandis libraries and supply directory libraries. The practical application proved that the method not only had great feasibility, but also could reflect significant management benefits. The method lays a foundation for the improvement of the management level of hospital medical consumables procurement.
