摘　　要：性价比是医用耗材采购中的重要参考指标,因受技术规范不完善等因素影响,耗材采购招标中存在性价比难以把握的难题。本文阐述我院通过性能价值分类和成本分级策略,研究耗材准入目录的制定方法,以及在招标过程中推荐技术评审和商务竞争分开进行的手段,达到实现耗材采购质优价廉的目标。Price performance is an important reference index in medical consumables purchase. Influenced by factors such as imperfection in technical specifications, there exists a problem in the material procurement, that is, it is difficult to determine the price performance. This paper described how our hospital achieved the goals of purchasing high-quality consumables at low prices through performance value classification and cost grading strategy, as well as through the research on the consumable directory access methods, and through recommending the method that technology evaluation and business competition should be carried out separately.
